Anna Chlumsky began his career in the entertainment world from an early age. Initially he was an advertising model and then penetrated into the acting world. Her role in My Girl My Girl and 2 brought her fame. She was in Gold Diggers: The Secret Bear Mountain with Christina Ricci, and screen tested for the part of Lex in Jurassic Park, which eventually went to Ariana Richards.
Columbia Pictures expressed serious interest in My Girl 3 (also known as Still My Girl) and the script has been developed since 2003, according to series co-star Dan Aykroyd. Aykroyd revealed in media reports that Columbia tried to sign up for the role Chlumsky. The project is still in development, with no update in seven years.
After he reached adulthood, Anna Chlumsky began to move away from acting. He attended the University of Chicago, majoring in International Studies, and graduated with a BA in 2002. During this time he stopped paying dues to the Screen Actors Guild. After graduation he worked as a fact checker for Zagat Survey and served as assistant editor for the science fiction-fantasy imprint at HarperCollins. He comes to finding work is not satisfactory and decided he wanted to return to acting. He went to the Atlantic Acting School in Manhattan to receive more formal training (in his youth he considered himself a "natural", so it has no formal training as many [citation needed]) and now intends to remain an actor.
Chlumsky appeared on, March 8, 2007, episode of 30 Rock, called the "Fighting Irish", as Liz Lemler. He appeared as Mary Calvin in an episode of the NBC drama series Law & Order (Season 17, Episode 12) was first aired on January 12, 2007, and as Lisa Klein in the episode (Season 20, Episode 16) first aired March 15, 2010 [ 3]. He was in three episodes of the ABC dramedy Cupid.
Chlumsky starred in the Off Broadway production unconditionally by Brett C. Leonard at The Public Theater. It was produced by Philip Seymour Hoffman's theater group, Theater Company maze, which opened in February 2008. He also starred in Lanford Wilson's Balm in Gilead in November 2005 at the Actors Theatre in New York City America
